We recommend booking at least 2-4 weeks in advance for standard tours. For peak seasons (summer, holidays) or custom itineraries, 4-8 weeks is ideal. Last-minute bookings? Just reach out — we'll do our best to accommodate!

We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, PayPal, and cryptocurrency for international clients. A deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due before your trip begins. We offer flexible payment plans for larger bookings.

We offer flexible cancellation: Full refund up to 14 days before departure, 50% refund 7-14 days before, and credit towards a future tour within 7 days. Medical emergencies get full refund anytime. We also offer free date changes.

Safety is our top priority. We carefully monitor conditions in all destinations and only operate in areas we know to be safe. Jordan and Morocco are among the safest countries in the Middle East for tourism. We'll always inform you of any travel advisories.

While we don't include insurance in our packages, we strongly recommend it and can help you find comprehensive travel insurance. We partner with reputable providers who offer coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and adventure activities.
